this is the book i am currently reading. i've left out 3 other books in between this and investing in reits. 2 of 3 are really thin books and the 3rd isn't really worth the mention.i will start my fics classes at smu this evening and i'm looking forward to it. the fight to get enrolled in this course was not an easy one.
recently had this "on-the-spot" feeling.. dearie said i've only "stood" there for 1 year and to progress will probably take more than 1 year.
i just want to find meaningful things to do. make the best out of my stay here.
