thank goodness xiu li and i made in back on time to clear it and didn't have to repeat any sets.
alot of swimming this week. my brain will be soon chlorinated.

hoping i can squeeze into shifu's swim class in july..
oh ya..i was comparing my last 500m timing with that when i first started with shifu..i improved by a whole 40sec! thank you shifu!!!
